your confirmation of any order will indicate your acceptance of our terms and condition of supply. In respect of order delivered to you via one of our third party couriers (DHL or Royal Mail), then:

        (A) All risk of loss or damage to the product in your order from our premises, we (thickafwigs ltd)

are not liable for any errors made by these services.

        (B) This service (first class recorded delivery) does not provide insurance, however if you would like to add insurance up to the value of your order  please contact us directly before purchase, this will incur an additional cost. This postal service is at your own risk additionally you can arrange a pick up from Glasgow city centre on request.

Return & Exchange policy

In the unlikely event you do receive a unit/product with a fault we are happy to exchange or issue a refund for the cost of your product. Please note custom hand made wigs can not be returned or refunded after photographic confirmation, approval and acceptance of terms and conditions.please note hand coloured items may not be "perfect" if in doubt please ask for more detailed images before purchase.

       Please contact our customer care team if there is an issue with your unit prior to sending it back so we can advise how best to send your unit back to us safely.(see our contact section)

Please note ThickAFwigs LTD do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind, if you then decide the colour or length does not suit you.

To ensure you select the right wig for you, please carefully read the details in each item before committing to your purchase on get in touch with us for more details if needed.

Refunds will only be given if the unit is deemed faulty under inspection from our quality control team. units will be inspected by qualified hairdressers and f the returned unit has been altered in any way e.g.: coloured, cut, bleached or the retail tag removed we will return the product to you.

      if there is any fault with your product you must comply with the following conditions:

             (a) contact thickafwigs LTD team within 7 days or receiving your item.

             (b) the unit must be in its original condition.

             (c) retail tag still attached

             (d) a detailed photograph of the item and its fault.

Returns that don't meet  our policy won't be accepted and retuned to the customer. Returns will be issued within 7 days after acceptance of faulty item by us, refund will be issued by method original paid.
